ChargePoint manufactures and supports networked EV charging stations across North America and globally. We support a fleet of hundreds of thousands of ports, with plans to install thousands more each year and renew many maintenance contracts. Our O&M Partners are respected service providers known for their high standards, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Our O&M Partner services currently include:

• Delivery of purchased product
• Remote technical support
• Product installation certifications
• Driver/Station owner on-site support
• Station installation on made-ready infrastructure
• Validation that equipment installed by non-O&M partners is installed to ChargePoint specifications

Our O&M Partners must be able to:

• Respond to all work we dispatch to you within your coverage area, within the specified service level agreements (SLA’s)
• Provide fixed commodity pricing for rates for the construction, installation, site validations and maintenance tasks
• Perform the Site Qualifications per the ChargePoint process at no cost (Installation Estimation)
• Complete the ChargePoint Certification program that includes AC/DC exam as well as microcredential associated with the exam.
• Provide warranty for the construction, install, and service work you provide
