Available Incentives:

Investing in EV charging is more affordable than you think. Governments and utilities offer an array of rebates and grants that can put you on the road to a more sustainable future. Your organization may also be eligible to receive a 30% federal tax credit, up to $100,000 per station, under the 30C Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit.

Pacific Power incentives

Pacific Power's Charge at Work rebates for Businesses offers its customers up to a maximum of 6 ports for $1,000 per port, not to exceed 75% of total costs.
Pacific Power Charge at Home rebates for Multifamily Housing offers the owner or manager of a multifamily residential building with a minimum of three units a rebate of up to $4,500 per port, capped at 75% of total costs.

Eugene Water & Electric Board incentives

EWEB's Smart Charge Rebate for commercial customers can help offset purchase and installation costs.
  • $1,500 rebate for Level 2 AC public charging stations per port
  • $2,000 rebate per port for qualified multifamily affordable housing sites
  • $10,000 rebate per single-port DC fast charging station that is publicly available
  • $15,000 rebate per multi-port DC fast charging station that is publicly available

Portland General Electric incentives

The PGE Business EV Charging Program may provide customers who install qualified EV chargers at a commercial property a rebate of $1,000 per port to help offset the cost. Income-eligible multifamily properties may receive up to $2,300 per port. 

Fleet Partner Plan

A PGE engineer will work with you to plan out your project and provide you with a free feasibility study that includes:

  • Electric vehicle feasibility assessment
  • Charging analysis
  • Fuel cost and clean fuel credit analysis
  • Site assessment
  • Preliminary designs and cost estimates
  • Summary of incentives
  • There’s no cost to receive the Fleet Partner Study and no obligation to proceed with the program.

Fleet Partner Build

In the Build phase, PGE will provide:

  • Turnkey final design and construction of make-ready infrastructure
  • A custom Make-Ready Incentive based on forecasted energy use of the chargers up to $400,000
  • Keep chargers operational and share charging data with PGE for 10 years
  • Once they are done, you’ll need to install at least one qualified Level 2 AC or DC fast charger within 6 months

Central Electric Cooperative incentives

Central Electric Cooperative offers active members up to a $450 rebate to install qualified Level 2 Chargers at their residence, multi-family dwelling or business.

Central Lincoln incentives

Central Lincoln Community Owned Electric Utility is offering commercial members up to a $250 rebate to install Level 2 Charger at multi-family dwellings or businesses.

City of Ashland incentives

The City of Ashland will reimburse a fixed amount per charger installed for business customers with an active electric account, or if a business is a registered contributor to Ashland's Transient Occupancy Tax. Incentives are available for new,  Level 2 AC chargers.

Douglas Electric Cooperative incentives

Douglas Electric Cooperative offers its commercial members a rebate up to $1,000 per charging port for a maximum of 6 ports per location that are publicly accessible.
