Hawaii Energy Electric Vehicle Charging Station Rebate

New level 2 AC charging station: up to $4,500 per unit
Rip & replace level 2 AC charging station: up to $3,000 per unit
New level 3 DC fast charging station: up to $35,000 per unit.
Rip & replace level 3 DC charging station: up to $28,000 per unit
Bonus incentive: up to $5,000 per level 2 AC single- and multi-port EV charging station installed at affordable housing facilities

Eigible project locations include retail, workplaces, fleet depots and multi-family housing projects. Applicants must designate parking spots on a one-to-one ratio for each port. Applications are accepted first come, first served.

Kaua'i Island Cooperative: EV Charger Rebate

If project cost is greater than $45,000, Level 2 AC charging stations receive up to $10,000 per project
If project cost is less than $45,000, Level 2 AC charging station receive up to $5,000 per project
Rip and replace, or retrofit, projects may be eligible for up to $3,500 per project.

Eligible project locations include retail, workplaces, and multi-family housing projects. Chargers must be available for public use for a minimum of one year. Incentive may be combined with the Hawaii Energy incentive listed above.

Federal tax credit

If you purchase charging stations between Jan. 1, 2023, and Dec. 31, 2032, your organization may be eligible to receive a 30% tax credit up to $100,000 per station under the 30C Alternative Fuel Infrastructure Tax Credit. Commonly referred to as the "federal tax credit," the credit now requires applicants to be located in designated census tracts.

Puget Sound Energy Inc Multifamily Incentive Program

Puget Sound Energy, through their Up & Go Electric — Multifamily program dedicates approximately $1.7 million in funding to reduce the cost of purchasing and installing EV charging stations at multifamily properties across Washington. You might be eligible for the following incentives:

Level 2 AC incentives

Maximum rebate per port — market rate: $2,000.
Maximum rebate per port — low income: $4,000.

Applications for Level 2 will be evaluated monthly for selection.

Tacoma Public Utilities Community EV Charging Rebate

The Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU) Community EV Charging Rebate dedicated approximately $1 million in funding to reduce the cost of purchasing and installing electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. Eligible verticals include workplace and multi-family locations:

Level 2 AC incentives

Maximum rebate per port for standard projects: up to $5,000.
Maximum rebate per port for priority projects: up to $10,000.

Project caps per site:

Standard projects: up to $50,000 total project rebate.
Priority projects: up to $70,000 total project rebates.

Applications for Level 2 funding will be selected by pre-approval and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Clark Public Utilities Electric Vehicle Incentive Program

Clark Public Utilities offers various incentive programs to support the installation of EV charging infrastructure for commercial and industrial customers. You may be eligible for the following incentives:

Commercial & Industrial Level 2 Charger Rebate:

$500 rebate for the purchase and installation of a qualified Level 2 AC charger.
Rebate capped at purchase price if below $500, excluding sales tax and installation costs.
Dual-Port (dual-cord) Level 2 chargers qualify for two $500 rebates.
No limit on the number of rebates, but pre-approval required for projects with more than 10 units to ensure budget constraints.

Commercial and Industrial Level 3 Demand Charge Credit Program:

Annual account credit of $1,500 for each separately metered Level 3 EV charger.
Level 3 charger must be on rate schedule 134 (Rate schedule 434 does not qualify).

EV Grant Opportunity Program (EV-GO):

Grant funding available to support publicly accessible EV charging infrastructure in Clark County.
Eligible for Clark County municipalities, local government agencies, and non-profits.
Grants cover up to 50% of project costs, including equipment, construction, and electric service upgrades.

Applications will be accepted and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis.

Other Utility Incentives

Snohomish PUD Commercial Level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger Rebate

The PUD is offering a rebate to our commercial, industrial and multi-family customers for purchase and installation of qualifying Level 2 AC EV chargers at their facilitates:

New Construction Facilities:

$500 rebates per port.

Existing Facilities:

$1,000 rebate per port.

Rebates applies to up to 10 ports or up to 5 dual-port EV charging stations.

EV chargers must be purchased and permanently installed (leased EV chargers are not eligible). Rebates must be claimed within 90 days of equipment purchase.

Chippewa Valley Electric Coop Incentive Program

The Chippewa Valley Electric Coop is offering a rebate to their commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, and utility services customers for purchase and installation of qualifying EV chargers at their facilities:

Option 1 — Reduced Purchase Price:

ZEF Energy Smart EV Charging Station must be purchased through CVEC.
7.7kW for $300 (equivalent to $800 incentive).
9.6kW for $500 (equivalent to $800 incentive).
11kW for $600 (equivalent to $800 incentive).
15kW for $915 (equivalent to $800 incentive).

Option 2 — Incentive:

$400 incentive towards the purchase of an EV Charging Station of member's choice.

Applications will be accepted and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis by Dec 31^st, 2024.

Mason PUD EV Level 2 Charging Equipment Incentives Program

The PUD No 3 of Mason County dedicates approximately $30,000 in funding for their Charging Equipment Rebate Program aimed at reducing the cost of purchasing and installing EV charging stations in retail. Applications must be an active PUD 3 electrical customer in good standing, to be eligible for the following incentives:

Maximum rebate: $1,000 with a required charging study.

Applications for Level 2 will be accepted and awarded on a first-come, first-served basis after installation of equipment.
